Thought id make a little instructional about might stacking as its a really useful source of extra condition and power for any elementalist, especially for those who are playing toughness/vit builds

I wouldnt get used to this way of using Evasive Arcana. It is a bug and it will be fixed.
The spell and blast finisher are designed to be on the same C/D.

thats probably true, still its only 10 seconds its useful either way :P
