It’s pretty easy to start hitting 20+ when you have the standard 60% Boon Duration (30 from Arcana and 15+15 from 2/6 Water and 2/6 Monk).
A common rotation:
Fire -> Burning Speed -> Ring of Fire -> Earth dodge -> Arcane Wave -> Earthshake -> Churning Earth.
That’s 13 stacks + a Battle proc = 16 stacks.
Then once your Burning + Ring of Fire combo is back up you use that once more -> Earth dodge.
17 stacks (Fire attunement) and another 6 from Battle + Earth dodge → 23 stacks.
If you keep Earth-dodging into Fire Fields then you can easily sustain 15+ stacks when solo’ing and you can hit upwards of 25 for a few seconds.

If you are quick, you can do:
Fire4→Attune to earth → evasive arcana into fire circle → earth 4 → earth 5
If you are even quicker you can use earth 3 between 4 and 5 for a fire aura, which will now grant might every time you are hit.

You need to use the Leap after the initial Grasp, that’s not normally worth it.

you dont need monk or water to have a good uptime.
this is for s/d (it’s the same for d/d just skip fire2)
fire2, fire4, fire3 -> earth -> dodge roll, earth4, earth5 and arcane wave in between somewhere.
Sigil of battle is mandatory. And 30 in arcana as well.
Enjoy 25 perma stacks with s/d, and 16-20 as D/D.
