-Condition damage and
-Healing and
-Toughness
correct?

yep.
there’s also no PVE set that grants power, toughness, and vitality. (unfortunately)
There is ‘crest of the soldier’ upgrade stones you can add to your armor with these stats if that helps any.

It’s kind of strange because in PvP Shaman’s gear provides toughness/condition damage/healing but in PvE it’s vitality/conditon damage/healing.

Please, could we get an official statement that this situation is permanent and not gonna be “fixed”? Because I don’t want to spend money on exotic gear that attempts to work around this problem somehow, just to learn that the missing items are going to be added in next patch or something. =P

(or you can just already increase elementalist base HP by 3k :-p)
