As the thread title, can you use an Overload while in Mist Form?

overloads are rupted even when you change attunement, so probably no, but you came with great idea how to to secure their channel or most of it. It would be worth consideration.

What if you enter mist form and then start channeling? Your attunements aren’t locked if you enter mist form so it might work and save you 2 seconds
