Mist Form needs work
It does stop condition damaged depending on the source of it. If it’s just generic condition damage, it should stop it because it does for me. I’ve saved myself dozens of times with 100 health and 5 more seconds of “on fire” by just pressing 8.
As for the other type, i’m referring to when there’s a boss in a certain location and you’re not supposed to walk up next to him so the area within about 5 feet of the boss is plagued or something. Causing you to take MASSIVE condition damage as long as you’re in the area. Mist form will not stop the latter but it surely does work in the former situation.
My experience with invulnerability (through Mist Form and Obsidian Flesh) is generally that fall damage, certain environmental damage and already-applied damage-over-time conditions such as poison, bleed and burning, all ignore the effect and still do damage.

I’m not sure if it’s only conditions I had on me when I entered mist form that still do damage and new sources have no effect or if everything but condition damage gets absorbed before and after. Seeing my health tick away from bleeding damage when im “invulnerable” really stinks though. Fall damage is annoying as well, mist doesn’t have leg bones to break :l
This is why I jumped on here today. This is either not working as intended, or the tooltip description is incorrect. Please consider fixing this. <3
doesnt stop fall damage either… but yes i like concept of the skill but it REALLY needs some serious work.
mist form through spike traps in AC doesn’t stop the stabbing pain either :-(
