I use a cantrips build with my ele.
I have the water traits IX and XI that means that every cantrip gives regeneration and everytime you grant regeneration, you remove a condition.
While this work on the other cantrips, i have problems with mist form: It doesn’t remove condition when activatekittenhe only one?

I’ll test this tonight, but a preliminary answer is yes. Every source of regen doesn’t cure a condition. It’s a bug.

It’s bug first found in beta many tiems reported and still no fix.

Yes. I confirmed this for myself. In addition to this not working, other sources don’t work either.
