Would just like confirmation that the devs realize that the interaction of this trait and cantrip is still bugged? Pulling out a stopwatch confirms that Mistform is still on a 75 second cooldown despite having the cooldown reduction trait on.

This bug has been around since release. This bug was supposed to have been fixed in the November 15th update (though all it did was fix the tooltip). This isn’t the only “fix” that wasn’t fixed in the Nov. 15th update, but many of the other ones across classes have been addressed besides this one.

Is it really hard to fix? Or are devs just not aware that this is broken? Surprised that its been about three weeks and this still hasn’t been touched despite several patches (of which include changes to EA and Conjure Weapons)

go to options then tick/untick the box that says show skill cooldowns. this will allow you to confirm this better.

Nope, the trait still works.

This works in mist and doesnt work in pve…

It would be nice when you fix this you would also fix the Cleansing Water/ Soothing Disruption bug.
When you already have regeneration on you and you activated a Cantrip, your regeneration time increases but the condition removal is not activated. It only works when you don’t have regeneration on you.

Yeah still bugged in PvE and WvW, this is a really weird issue because there is a fix that works as they have it in sPvP.

I wonder why they can make it work in 1 aspect of the game but not the othes?.

For Mistform + Cantrip Mastery and Cleansing Water/ Soothing Disruption bug or just for Mistform + Cantrip Mastery ?

Yeah, thanks for this report I put in a fix for this a few minutes ago that will go live as soon as we have a build that pushes content. 12/14 at the latest.

In this thread (https://forum-en.gw2archive.eu/forum/professions/elementalist/December-03-12-12-Update/first#post921708) they claim the RTL bug will be fixed in a hotfix, so you likely won’t have to wait until 12/14 for that one.

As an aside, it’s nice to see all the red text boxes and Dev’s floating around the last few days. Keep up the good work guys, and I’m sorry for yelling about the EA nerf a couple weeks back

Great to hear! I think I speak on behalf of everyone when I say we really appreciate it when devs stop by this subsection. Really good to know that our voices are heard and that our feedback is valuable. Just seeing some activity really helps.

Still bugged with the latest patch. No patch notes yet but it did fix RTL/transformation trait bugs.

cantrip mastery works just fine for me . o.o when i use it mistform goes down to 60s cooldown.

It works in SPvP. Outside of SPvP, it says 60s CD on the tooltip but is actually 75s CD still.

no im bieng serious if i could take a screenie i would and i only PVE on my ele its on 60s after i switch my traits to cantrip mastery thats when im going D/D

Use the ability and look at the CD time. Make sure you have CD numbers displayed on your ability. General Options → checkmark Show Skill Recharge. It’s 75s; the tooltip lies.

test it again please… (if u really have a real 60 sec cd in pve than it mean that it work for some player only… )

this screen was just done http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/32/gw072e.jpg/ as u can see water 9 (cantrip mastery) is equipped and mist form is on a 73 sec cd

the tooltip say 60 sec but as soon as u use the skill it goes into 75 sec cd and the tooltip rise to 75 sec cd… once u’r out of mist form the tooltip go back to 60 sec but u will still be on a 72 sec cd (3 second past due to the mist form duration)…
