I’ve just came back to GW2. The last time I played was early October of last year.
Trying to get back into shape is being a huge information overflow, especially since I’m already max level.
I’ve currently have all my my trait points in Fire, so I don’t think I’m doing a very good job.
Anyone know an up to date guide for endgame Elementalist play, that would be suitable for someone returning? Or point me in the general direction of traits/weapons/equipments to invest in PvE and WvW play?

I should be able to afford somewhat decent equips, since I made a bunch of Mystic Forge Conduits before I left.
Most ele builds aren’t as strong as they used to be. There’s still d/d and the s/d Fresh Air build for burst, but it’s best to wait for the next balance patch to see if there are any buffs. Eles are currently at the bottom of the totem pole next to engis.
