Guild Wars 2

I am running multiple Chars and want everyone to have a unique build. I want to run Tempest Auramancer for solo PvE but have no clue what gear i should choose. I thought about celestial but i dont know if Jack of all trades is useful in Maguuma.

This is the basic build that I run (I didn’t fill out all the trinket stats). My armor is dire stats, warhorn is celestial, scepter is legendary so I can change the stats but it’s usually high healing power, trinkets are either celestial or something with either high condition damage or healing power.

Earth/Air/Tempest with 100% uptime of:

• Might ( >20 stacks)
• Fury
• Vigor
• Swiftness
• Regeneration
• Protection (40%)

In combination with the Earth line (-10% damage from foes in close range) and Frost Aura (-10% dmg) you get a 60% incoming damage reduction.

Gear is Berserker with Rune of the Strength.

The gear is subject to change but rune and sigils are planned. I wanted to run d/wh. I thought about getting sinister gear because of power AND condi but i dont know how this would work with survability (ele is squishy as hell, we all know that) even with dmg mitigation.

I rarely run power stats for ele, I find strong condition damage or precision/ferocity to be better routes to take but that’s just me

That’s pretty rare in my experience. Most eles I know either run pure power or mix of power and celestial. That doesn’t mean condi’s eles are bad, it just means you’re a bit special.

Eh i run viper mixed with celestial and a splash rabid and it works realy well for me. ;-)

All good, conditions are horrible in any setting against real players given the amount of condi clears everyone runs right now
