I haven’t played for a long time, and not sure how to set up Scepter build for elementalist.
My current playstyle is stack 25 might at fire and use lightning to do damage. I am not entirely certain if that’s the most optimized damage build for Scepter.

Would condition damage be a better state for Scepter Tempest? Any advise or recommendation is appreciated. I am hoping to get some insight before I start crafting Ascended gears.

While I am not 100%, I believe the current consensus is that focus > warhorn. At which point, you might as well just use the lightning hammer setup.
