Need help finding a S/F ele wvw build
I’d suggest a youtube search! Plenty of good builds to be found there! I don’t know about a scepter focus, but I imagine there’s got to be at least one decent scepter focus build.

There, made it in 2 minutes.
The few Soldier/Valk pieces are to avoid getting oneshotted by the random DD thief (but if he is full zerk with 4 signets you will still die in on steal→CnD→BS).
S/F is mostly about burst. Solo roaming with S/F is possible, just remember to take out your FGS if you see 2 or more people coming at you with roaming specs, as doing 1v2+ with S/F is really hard unless you are playing against complete noobs.
You can swap the heal to Ether Renewal if you like, just know that against a decent player you must either use a CC on him before using ER (OR you must cover it with Obsidian Flesh/Arcane Shield/Armor of Earth). ER is definitely better for dealing against condi users, but you must not waste it.
Here is my build, full on glass with moderate health to give me abit of a buffer in condition fights.
If you want can replace Lighten Flash with Arcane Shield for abit more defense.
Just plain ole burst build. I only roam solo and sometimes duo. When solo roaming if the fight last longer than 30 secs I’m toast but a fun and very challenging build to play.
