New, does this D/D build look okay for PvP?

I am not a fan of Bunkers as a whole, but here’s my suggestions:
Soothing Wave is a horrible trait. You should pick up Cleansing Water (XI) and move the Cantrip reduction trait to the Master tier, if you really want it. Remember that the Regeneration granted from Soothing Disruption works with Cleansing Water.
Windborne Dagger is a horrible trait. Get Renewing Stamina for perma-Vigor.
There is no reason to have 20 points in Earth instead of picking up Zephyr’s Boon and Evasive Arcana.
I would also suggest that Armor of Earth or Cleansing Flame is better than Arcane Shield unless you spec for it.
Your Sigils do not work together. When one is on cooldown, the other will not proc. Use a passive one + one of the others.
Dolyak Runes are pretty terrible. The 6/6 bonus is a tiny 30hp/s Regen which is honestly not worth it.

First off, what’s wrong with Soothing Wave, out of curiosity? Is the regen weak?
Is Earth bad? I picked Earth for aesthetic reasons. I’d like to keep an earth build, so feel free to let me know if I can change anything to accomodate that.
Will fix the sigils.
Would Dwayna Rune be okay?
Out of the 3 skills listed, you only have 1 that triggers the 6s of Regeneration. Surely that’s not worth it? You will already get Regen & Vigor from Soothing Disruption when you Mist Form. It’s just a really bad trait overall.
I would personally just go Divinity, but pick whichever Rune set you prefer.

You have (near) perma-Swiftness from your Auras (+ Updraft). Windborne Dagger is worthless (and buggy, apparently).
What do you have against condition removal? It works with Soothing Disruption and Elemental Attunement, you are giving up so much free condition removal. Cleansing Water.

hey man saw your build, I tried to keep it as close as possible, I did a few minor changes to the gear and switched a few major traits, and put in cantrips because you had speced for it in water.

I switched out the 20% cool down reduction on earth weapon skills for the 3sec of protection from casting auras because this will help your survivability (especially since frost already reduces incoming damage by 10% now). Cleansing water works great as a condition removal especially since you are running cantrips.
nothing wrong with making your own build, synergy is key and feel free to play anyway you like. A build doesn’t make a player good or bad, its his skill.

Cleansing Water (the trait, not the skill) removes a condition when you apply Regeneration.
Soothing Disruption applies Regeneration when you use a Cantrip.
Elemental Attunement applies Regeneration when you attune to Water.
This is why Cleansing Water (the trait, XI) is good and you should GET IT.

Have a look at Superior runes of the earth, their 6th ability grants another Aura at low health.. can be a lifesaver if you are traited for Auras and the toughness they provide is great too!
