New downed state causing more problems
This is a problem actually. Because mist form resets the damage window, it’s not possible to properly examine what actually killed you. This should be fixed immediately.
Just look at the combat log, it’s what I do.
Although it doesn’t register conditions?
I admit i hit 2 too fast and think i rallied or otherwise get confused. But it’s certainly a positive change. I can fairly often get out of arrow cart range or out of LoS.

Ummm… have you tried reading your combat log ? It tells you the damage you took…

Im not going to change my chat channels and review every single thing that killed me every time i die. I just want to see the big things in a clear menu.
What killed you? You killed yourself with mist form, or at least that’s what pops up to the right every time I die lol.

this is a luxury problem lol sometimes you can tell by the animations on the attacker.
How is the new downed state AT ALL an improvement? Yea we can mist form more often… But we deal less damage. Now we have VERY little chance to rally…. All we can do is attempt to run… Personally I’m not happy about that.
Old downed state was a lot better once you knew how to use it.. Of course you could be fast stomped if they were smart, but otherwise you would be ok and very hard to stomp.
Now, although it should be better downed state, its just bugged or bad design.
The problem is once you land after mist form you have to wait 1 or 2 seconds until the downed skillbar shows up … and you get stomped w/o being able to do anything.
Whats the point of #2 skill rooting people if you cant root them before they are on top of you.
To be honest, I agree with CeCaKonVeu.
Mist form should at least have 1 second of cooldown once you go down, since I use a lot #2 skills, I automaticly activate mist form while I want to wait till someone finishes me or nearly kills me.
Also, the (then #2 skill) #3 skill for immobilize got a way too long cooldown. Before it’s ready I already rallied, got ressed or got killed. Out of at least 40 times I was being able to use it maybe twice. (And that was just two or three pulses out of.. 5?)
The damage is o.k., cooldown could be reduced by 25% though..
