Guild Wars 2

After watching the recent GO4GW2 I decided to come back to the game and try Ele. I had previously been a Guardian and got horrifically bored. Which is what led to me quitting.

Anyway, I was just wondering about the general rotations and what you do with each weapon set. I currently have D/D and staff.

I have a rough idea of what the abilities do, but, not sure how they all intertwine. So I thought it best to ask rather than making a tit of myself.

To be honest man, I could write a PhD thesis on how to play staff, all its combos and its nuances in PvE, WvW and PvP. Someone could do the same for D/D. It is a complex class so its not like anyone can give you a simple forum post that has much value. We do need updated guides though. I might write one for staff sometime.

Nothing much has changed, except a few points here and there. You can find ANY ele guide from any time since launch, and it will be mostly applicable because the build/playstyle has NEVER changed.
