Guild Wars 2

I am looking for advice for what is the best build for open world PvE.

I am looking for what deals the highest burst damage. I am not sure what works better, staff or scepter.

I assume I should go full power. Is there any reason to invest in any condition?

I am using fire, arcane and tempest lines. I assume these would be the lines to use.

1) Power
2) Precision
3) Ferocity

So the stats you are usually interested in are Berserker’s stuff. I have been using the staff and it’s working perfectly fine for me. Scholar runes are your friend as well.

I’m Fire, Air, Water
Fire: Burning Precision – Pyromancer’s Training – Pyromancer’s Puissance
Air: Ferocious Winds – Shocking Aura – Bolt To The Heart
Water: Piercing Shards – Aquamancer’s Training – Powerful Aura

I usually have Arcane Shield for more survivability but that’s my preference. And my elite skill is Conjure Fiery Greatsword. Your main source of damage will be fire attunement.
While my spec is by no means the best it is something that’s worked for me.
