I looked through the first two pages and searched for underwater and didn’t find anyone talking about this, but don’t you think it’s strange that there are no available elite skills for ele’s underwater? Everyone else has at least one option.

When it comes to PvP, there’s a map that has an underwater capture point, and it seems imbalanced for ele’s that want to capture it.

Maybe I’m wrong and have no idea what I’m talking about, I just think it’s weird and there should be an elite skill that can be used underwater like the tornado move or something.

Thoughts?

heh yeah, and I figured out the hard way you don’t want to mine orich while doing it.

Perhaps it’s just me, but I found it to be much better underwater than on land.

Should’ve seen Whirlpool before it got nerfed. You popped that under water, and it didn’t matter your spec. Up to 5 people were dead, period.

All the more reason why we should be able to equip utilities in the elite slot.

I wish. So often I would rather take a fourth utility.

Whirlpool, the skill that has got the quickest nerf in GW history.

Also, I’d like to point out that many builds (I play auramancer) become almost unviable underwater.

Isn’t it possible to use water #5 to ‘leap’ through fire #2 and get a fire aura that way?

Yeah that’s what I do, but that’s the only way :/

not as far as Im concerned. However, i was glad to find out we have stealth about 4 months ago; was being chased by some angry mob of players so i decided to cast earth #5 and water #5 and go down with a flashy bang. to my surprise I stealthed into safety, water took me far enough, popped air #5 and got out of the water. I bet those poor bastarrds didnt expect that one!

Yeah, and that was the last time it deserved the “Elite” status. Now it’s just another AOE utility skill.

Earth #3 is not a leap finisher, but it’s unblokable. However leap finisher would be better I guess
