Become the Snow Leopard: Unusable
Conjure Fiery Greatsword: Unusable
Tornado: Usable

Is this intentional, or just an oversight?

All Ele’s are like that I think. And it’s a 30 point Elite, too. I wish more were usable underwater, it’s very limiting.

Humans have none iirc.

We can use Tornado as can every Ele.

I only have a norn Ele so I didn’t know, but that sucks.

All racial skills are non usable underwater, so all Elementalist have only one elite skill usable underwater.
