So I was speaking with some guildies earlier and they tell me that on swap sigils only trigger once per weapon. For example, if you have both Sigil of Battle and Sigil of Renewal on a Staff, only the first will trigger when you swap weapons/attunements.

Is this actually true? I’d like to get some confirmation before I change out my Ele’s sigils, and I figured the people here would probably know better than anyone about this.

Both on-swap sigils will activate so long as that sigil type of off cooldown.

No. I got Doom and Battle both trigger at the same time with D/D.

Yeah, that’s what I thought. I was quite certain that I’d seen both Doom and Battle proc on a single swap before. Thanks for the info!

Nah, two sigils will activate, i ran doom and battle, which are both swap sigils.

the rules of the sigils… is
~ only one stat stacking sigil will work (no bloodlust + percepeption, for example)
~ two of the same sigil don’t stack, regardless of tier. for example:
~~ you can’t use two superior sigils of battle to get 4 stacks of might on swap.
~~ you can’t use a minor sigil of battle plus a superior sigil of battle together
~ anything else is fair game

It used to be that when you had two on-crit sigils, proccing one would put the other one on cool-down as well,

I am not actually sure on that one, give me a few minutes and i’ll check it out.

EDIT: Took me a while to test, but you can have two different crit prog sigils in your weapons and they will both work at the same time, without sharing cooldown.
Tested with earth and fire sigils, and bleed+fire proc aoe would go off at the same time.
