I think if you revert the changes done to this trait or bring back Fire’s Embrace, it would open up possibilities for different types of builds. For example, the fire aura that you’d gain from using a signet along with Invigorating Torrents could allow for people to maybe use the Fire trait-line instead of Arcane because of the condition cleanse you get from Cleansing Water (regeneration).

Also, it would help greatly with condition builds, which is something elementalists lack. There are some out there (I made one myself which I’ve been using for almost 2 years now), but are severely underrated. This is because of fears of mobility, lack of power and just general inability to try new things; people like to stay on meta builds for the elementalist as that is what’s easier and what everyone else is doing, i.e. Auramancer.

I wonder if there is a GM or someone that will hopefully read this and respond with something. It would give us the idea you’re taking our suggestions into account.

The problem is Anet seems to focus on meta build´s and ignor (or even try not to bring up) others…. It eases their work and keeps PvP balace narrow …

I give this game until its next expansion before the game enters its end of life phase
