I have just put this build together, I’m interested in your takes on the stat distribution.
It is mainly a “budget” build, without full Ascdended equipments.

Zero point in making celestial if it isn’t ascended.

At that, I’d avoid celestial. My hope is it has an incoming nerf as it is the clear choice for every class but thief.

Mesmers use it, warriors use it, guardians can use it, rangers use it, necros can but likely don’t use it, engineers use it.

Thank you, but I’m not that of a dedicated player. I am not doing high level fractals, and 1 month of dedication to crafting the exotic is more than enough for me.

I’m saying the requirements to make them are so similar you’re wasting your own time/money with an exotic set. Ascended is the same time sink/Similar money sink.

Don’t like the stat distribution. You can play around with a much better set up. I’m not sharing mine since I don’t want a clone of me running around WvW. That would be a pain in the kitten. But what I’m basically saying is you can find a much better combination.

Sorry for the offtopic, but blink is your most important tool as a d/d ele to land your burning speed. It’s a must have.

Sorry for adding to the OT, but I find blink to be relatively overrated.

It is a strong utility, but it has its own issues, like sticking into the ground, blinking then magically teleporting back to your original location.

A dodge can set up your burning speed almost better than a blink.

Only thing I find it a must for is chasing thieves, warriors like sprinters and DP thieves.

Here’s a cheap low cost alternative to a d/d ele solo roamer build. Pack is ok.

I use hoelbrak and more zerker but that’s my preference. While this is just generic, feel free to use exotic. There is no trick being an ele just how much you are willing to pay for buffs or would you like to have blood lust in the formula. At most under 7 builds + another 3-4 if you tweak minor skill trees, and like 7-10 if you want to poke fun at runes and stats variations. The most important fact is no your limit and play with caution, no build can defeat all possibilities of players or their builds.
