Im looking for a PVE condi build for raids and fractals, does anyone have some suggestions? Also how does it compare to power builds?
I have to be honest, i’ve never seen a Condi Ele Build because there are better Builds for Ele and better Classes for Condi out there.
But i would try something Viper/Sinister and Balta Runes maybe. Traids prob Fire/arcana/ bleb.
Fire/arcane/tempest Balthazar runes D/F. Pure fire. Still sucks, and Anet refuse to buff the useless sceptre.
