How do you feel this build for tpvp or spvp ? i had not time to try it now. I usually played a build based on soldier amulet (d/d) but i would like to try something different. The ideas in this builds are : burning and bleeding , toughness and stability from rock solid. I choosed runes only for have a little more vitality . Do you think it will wok ?

why do you think it can’t work ? any suggestion ?

You could us some more health, you’d be screwed vs condi and even though you have 3100 armour that 11k health makes it not matter.

Also no active sigil? Could probably drop accuracy for doom if you’re going condi, the only access to poison for ele.

Why no signet heal with written in stone, why arcane brilliance if going condi?

I made some changes but I still dont really think it’d work. I swapped arcane brilliance for signet heal although with rock solid ether renewal would work just fine. I changed signet of fire with cleansing fire although any signet or glyph of ele power would be fine.

What do you think?

i usually don’t take points in water from 10th december patch. The idea to use ER for healing is for 1 condi clean when healing. Usually i get arcana shield for defending myself or for healing if under heavy attack. I choosed signet of fire for the burning effect and i agree with you that accuracy simbol is wasted in this case . For cleasing fire i take it only sometimes ., usually i look at other team composition . Another idea could be to use rampager instad of rabid .. less toughness but much more heal but you gain 3k vital and you lose more than 600 toughness and it seems to me a lot. I usually play a soldier 0,10,20,10,30 build and i find it really good but i was thinking to try something different. The idea of going through earth is becouse i saw that i have problem to play without rock solid trait : for stomping stability is really important … i can play without EA but not without Rock Solid trait

another idea is to leave written in stone and to take diamon skin …

I’ve never played a Condi Ele but it would seen interesting to try. Since you decided to have it a signet build this is what I came up with. I will try it later tonight once I get home to see if its actually viable or not

So I tried the build I made last night… sadly it didn’t go to well. Which is to be expected I guess. The build lacked HP and Condi Cleanse so I guess you could say it had a Fetal flaw. Even though I had about 3k armor the regen you get from crits and from the signet heal (with occasional water skill 5) was nowhere near enough to sustain the insane DPS that some classes run. I remember one necro constantly hit me for 3.5K crits while in death shroud with his life blast skill. One would think with 3k armor that u would be able to prevent someone from taking ¼ of your life with 1 skill.

I made some adjustments to the build as i went along…
It worked a little bit better, as I added some condi cleanse but I wouldn’t really call it viable. I did have a pretty easy time taking down bunker guardians strangely. Not sure if it was bad players, or the amount of condis the build puts out that the guardian cant cleanse quick enough?

It’s a fun build though if you manage to sneak up behind someone, stay out of their camera as they focus your teammate and LF>Churning Earth on them then burn them down, people tend to melt pretty quickly.

there is not so much viable build … i tried rocksolid and freshair …. but i was looking for something different. but with elementalist it is really hard …

Condition elementalist is not viable atm : you don’t have enough conditions that you can apply, therefore you can’t cover your damaging conditions which will be cleansed easily.

You can support and do some good condi damage with this. You’ll be somewhat vulnerable to conditions though.

You have access to 6 bleeds, 4 ways of applying burn and poison so you can probably do a bit of damage and kill noobs with that kind of build.

Oh and btw rabid is a bad choice for condi ele, you don’t need the crit.
