So far I’ve used it, I kinda like it- I don’t care much for bunk tempest ele it’s boring

I use D/F- soldier rune, paladin amulet
the heal I use is Ether renewal with cantrips giving you regen & vigor
I feel I’m always being interrupted so I swapped one of the shouts for Armor of Earth, keeping Aftershock, LF cantrip & Rebound & it comes down to timing, pop AoE if you’re afraid to be stunned or anything then Air overload

Still tweaking it, I use blood and energy sigils

EDit- You might as well not even try healing if you bring ER, so switched to Glyph of EH

I sometime use paladin for D/F or staff lighting rod builds. But most the time I run marauder since I like to be more bursty.
I don’t use soldier runes since I usually run 1 or max 2 shouts.
Superior runes of the sunless are nice if you use rebound, with lighing rod is an AoE fear + damage + weakness + poison.
As utility, earth shield IMO is mandatory for a LR build, and LF is mandatory for any Ele build. The third utility depends, I sawp it a lot.
For the third trait line it can be A/T/W or A/T/E, again it depend on enemy team comp.
For sigils I use impact and blood or air.
