Ring of Earth skill: No longer destroys unblockable projectiles.
Lightning Whip skill: Now strikes targets in a similar angle to other melee ranged skills.
Elemental Surge trait: Now functions correctly with the Arcane Shield skill while the player is attuned to air.
Conjure skill: Summoned weapons now correctly appear in the player’s hands if certain on-swap sigils are equipped.
Arcane Energy trait: Now works properly with the Arcane Power, Arcane Shield, and Signet of Restoration skills.
Rock Anchor skill: No longer able to affect targets at infinite range. Now respects line of sight.
Air Bubble skill: No longer able to affect targets at infinite range. Now respects line of sight.
Wasn`t aware they had infinite & I`ve used them often.
Rest is Meh! as usual…

This is a bug fix patch. There’s no balance changes directly done to any of the 8 professions.
That being said, it’s worth giving the fixed Arcane Energy trait a try.
Interesting that they say “unblockable projectiles” in the ring of earth bug fix.
Is that a fancy way to say that it no longer destroys any projectiles at all like it never says on the tooltip..or they actually give it legit that effect but now in line with every other projectile destruction skill in game?? :P
Does inscription work with our elite glyph of elementals? Has the signet of restoration bug with signet mastery + written in stone been fixed?
Finally, did they double RtL’s cooldown again to a “corrected” 80s with a 200 range?

But ring of earth does block projectiles and has been for months
Ring of earth still blocks projectiles so i guess we should all be happy and wait for the tool tip fix!!
Also dagger air 1 is stupid at what angle it hits now..I mean..God!!
kostbabis, I am assuming they reduced air1’s angle significantly? The auto-attack was the only reason to switch to air previously as air 2 stinks and everything else is on unreasonably high cooldowns. Has the auto-attack been nerfed into oblivion as well?

Dude..Its the exact opposite.Now i spam 1 and i hit both dummis at once..Its ridiculous how broad angle it has now.To the point that it doesnt make sence cause the animation is really misplaced.Tbh it feels weird and i didnt have much trouble hitting things before.
But definately a buff.That and the fact that earth2 blocking projectiles now (probably) classified as no bug like we thought makes d/d really sexy

yeah.It is still double the melee range.
Meanwhile we have no response about the signet of restoration. Its a bug ? its a nerf? its a plane? How can you messed up the cooldown of a skill when you must change only the passive buff?
Furthermore when you use the signet and you have the Written in Stone trait the signet applies a 20 sec passive buff for the health regeneration which was ok when the signet was ready at 20 sec but it leaves you with 5 sec without regen now. Nice?
Oh and its not fixed with this patch.
kostbabis, you are totally correct. The whip change is actually awesome. It hits in an almost full 180 in front of you. I will have to look into the earth ring blocking projectiles. It would be absolutely awesome to have a little bit of ranged defense on our daggers!

Hahaha, this is very true. D/D air is still a mess when it comes to promoting single-target damage. While I like the whip as an o.k. method of killing time, we still need a way to actually do some serious single-target damage. I’m thinking air2 and RtL are the best candidates.
