Shouldn’t it provide might stacks?

It doesn’t.

Also, Heat Sync doesn’t work at all.

This has been a problem since the first BWE. Honest, at this point I am only using warhorn because it is ‘new’. Within a few days, I will be going back to dagger or focus, or potentially even back to staff.

Was just never fixed. It’s been a bug since the first beta.

Really? Because I still can’t get it to blast might. Tried probably 20 times and phoenix refused to apply a finisher on wildfire.
