Please fix RTL removing cd on attunements
Seems some love to RTL.

Hi, latest patch has removed the cd on all attunements when you have used RTL.
Someone else mentioned this already in another thread. I just tested it and it has done.
Just thought I would make a thread about it so the community and anet devs see.
