If you dislike the usual robe look for elementalist, you can look at AC and SE armors.

Heh, figured I’d post this with the cool graphical bug I got. After transmuting my helm it kept both models at once for a little while (until I relogged).

Been considering making my character a girl just so I look good in some armour.

Yeah, I’ve noticed how much female armors looked more interesting than men ones. Been concerning this too

I really like the Shadow Garb set, a lvl 25 wool crafted you can buy the recipes with karma to make. It has a skull helmet that includes spikes on the shoulders(covers any shoulder pads you may be wearing) and when paired with the bottoms looks like a long coat that is open in the front with pants. Its been my favourite since found its look as a drop and I was so happy it can be crafted for when I get a new set without having to destroy my old one.

Tier 1 human cultural, looks bad unless dyed just right.

I like the appearance of my Elementalist… Using a story reward chest and helm, priory legs, and some shoulders from the trading post.

Oh my. Thats horrible. I always kind of shrugged off the “sylvari make pants too wide” thing as I’ve never really seen it on my male Sylvari at all, but that is… yah. Wow.

this is my armor, its called “feathered” and you can either buy it from the TP or craft it. i bought it from the TP and transmuted it with my own lvl gear. to buy a full set of feathered gear will cost about 10 silver.

the dye i’m using is:

red: Burgundy
white: Blue Ice
blue: Country Teal

i bet there are awesome color variations to be made with this armor but i just happened to unlock those 3 dye in a row and they kinda fit together nicely. besides the starter dye i have nothing else unlocked on this alt.

when i reach 80 i will probably get a dungeon set but so far i haven’t found anything that i REALY like.

It’s true that light armor is in general not amazing looking as other sets, I will say though the best looks come from combinations of different things. The only problem with mixing and matching is that you have to imagine in your head what the combos would look like together until you start amassing some pieces and even then it may not look like what you’ve envisioned.

I’m having doubts on my top but since it’s a cultural T3 top I’m going to keep it anyway.

I use a combination of the Winged Hood, Acolyte Shoulders, and HotW for the rest. It makes a pretty good “battlemage” look that seems to fit well with the D/D playstyle.

Can someone post a sylvari light armor combination?

A mix and match of Acolyte, noble, ascalonian, and country sets. With a heavy Order of Whispers color scheme for my Order of Whispers, assassin character.

I am very happy with light armor in this game.

Hello. I want you guys to post here you think best Elementalist’s appearance combinations. From where we can buy this armor etc. I found light armors looking quite awful if compared to other weight sets. Do you agree with me?

I have said this for ages that light armor is lacking compared to the other weight sets. You will find everyone uses the same stuff over and over again. I think it favors females alot more then it should as well.

Heres the look I use. I like how it all flows even if im only truly using 4 bits

New look. Inquest leggings, order of whisper chest, AC boots and karma gloves. I am not sure about colors yet (whisperer colors were easy start). Also the weapon is still mystery.

Here’s mine, its a mixture that I transmuted onto my exotic armor, gloves and top are the crafted winged set, bottoms are the exotic crafted pants. Boots and mantle are masquerade and the masque is the karma armor in orr.

and eee you all have some pretty Ele’s out there! ;^;

I love it and want to copy so bad. I know the shoulders are arah and legs are SE but what sets are the other pieces from and what colors are you using?

I like the way my character looks, except for the pink thing around the neck I can’t change the color of. I’m using the tailor crafted exotics, transmuted to look like the tailor crafted rares. It’s understated, but since I play a support role that suits me just fine.
