Thought I’d go for a more tribal/rugged look, but still keep a little bit of elegance because my ele is a noble after all… so here’s my one and only level 80 <3

My little contributions:

1st armour is a look I have since a while now (just changed the boots when ascended armour were released). My bread and butter armour.

2nd one was for show-off when there is a lot of people around (WvW and tequatl). Inspiration comes from ozmaniandevil.6805’s necro

3rd one is an improvement I made when the incarnate armour set was released (these boots are a little wonder). Then I realized than my tastes about armour looks and colours have not changed since 5 years…

The chest along with the boots and gloves are from the incarnate armor.

Out of all my characters, my Elementalist (Bidi) is my favorite

Here’s my elementalist, Stroush Rainstorm. After some events, Stroush discovers that his true lineage comes from a famous Ascalonian elementalist named Rodas who fled with Rurik, stopped the Mante, killed the Lich, helped the Canthans getting rid off Shiro, travelled to Elona and watched the ascension of Kormir to the godhood after struggling against Abaddon, and even helped the other races of Tyria killing the Great Destroyer.
Fortune Lady Ashi is the best friend and companion of Stroush and her lineage is directly related to the Fortune clan, secret that is well known of Stroush’s family. Stroush and Ashi are always together but the two say they are very busy defeating the dragon’s minions and it is impossible to have romance between them.

In my Magi armor for Ele

Here is my Ele. I don’t like the robe look so this is how I have him currently.

The set is a mix of magnus eye patch,trickster top + bottom, AC boots, masquarade gloves and Teq staff. The dyes enamaled jungle (SP?), icing dye and midnight ice.

Now, one may be asking, if I wanted a black witch character, why didn’t I get necro? In response to that, I have a few reasons.

1. I already have a necro, my norn who is a sort of wraith theme.

2. I REALLY wanted a character that could use staff almost exclusively and still be useful in everything. As such, Ele was the clear choice.

3. The black mage/witch arch type has never been exclusively about necromancy.

Even though you don’t build around a single element in GW2, I’m rebuilding my collection of GW1 armors based on element visually at least.

This is water. I know some people snub the pearl weapons because they’re not at all rare but those are some of my favorite skins.

Seen some pretty creative looks for elementalists on this thread so I thought I share mines too. =)

So I just HAD to make a norn ele after seeing that new gorgeous hair style. This is the result, of course we have my favorite head piece, the magnus eye patch. In addition the shoulders are the stately shoulder skin and the rest is the honor of the waves light armor.

I had intended to use honor of the waves shoulders also, but sadly they have fur lining that can not be dyed.

The staff is of course the phoenix skin, the dyes that I used are winter sky, midnight ice and brick.
