Hey guys this is the build I use in pvp when I run d/f. Can also be run in wvw.

Has nice burst when you combine burning speed with air attunement. Piercing shards and bolt to the heart gives a 40% damage increase to cone of cold which makes it good for pressuring low health enemies. Definitely not a meta build but strong and fun to play.

Lightning rod might be better than fresh air for this.
