Hi folks. I was wondering if anyone could give any thoughts on which +stat infusion they decided to go with for their ascended gear (assuming you bothered to). I am planning to purchase a few of the WvW ones and am trying to decide which will give better mileage in the long run.

I’m already somewhat inclined to one of these two but I’d like to hear some of the conclusions or arguments you guys had in favor of one or the other. Perhaps there are insights I missed or did not give enough weight on.

It takes something like 21 precision to increase crit chance by 1% so unless you are almost to the next percent it doesnt make sense to invest in precision.

If you normally wvw you will have tanky gear and a low crit. Precision>Power in that situation. If you are under 40% crit I would go with precision.

Use a build calculator (like gw2skills.net) and only take as much precision as is needed to get to the next +1% even. Beyond that, go to power.

Power is almost always better unless you are at the brink of a %.
