So there is some gear with those stats. you can buy dungeon gear for it, and some trinkets on TP. There are also a few weps with these stats. Wondering if any ele has used this before, i am aiming to get this kind of gear and try out some sort of tanky/life steal build utilizing blood sigils, omnoms, and vamp runes.

much better gear for a build like that. The life steal concept has already been tried with fairly decent success. Better for you to get around 25-30% crit chance since elementalists have a permenant upkeep of fury. Stack that crit damage brah.

I went for full cleric gear and trinket with full bunker healing traits when I used to roll with the Zerg in WvW all the time. The healing from staff skills towards your teammates can be very helpful when you have high healing power.
