The only reason why they are not fixing meteornado is because the tornado is already weak itself and ele has really bad elites. Otherwise, im pretty sure this is not intented.

I create a mix build, unfortunately I have not finished yet. But it is not a secret ^ ^
For skills, I am 0-0-20-30-30 (2-6-6)
For some stats that I just give:
attack: 2k
Armor 2k5
Life: 20k hp (with stack, 23k-24k)
Accuracy: 1K3 – 22% crit chance (not much)
Ferocity: 710 Critical Damage: 197%
Healing: 680
and Time advantage: 30%

Without food, without stack.

Sounds like a mix of Cleric’s and other armor with toughness/vit/str. I run 2.5/6 k in full cleric’s gear with 0/0/2/6/6 (the extra from attuning to earth) with no food. The only thing is, I have less hp I think.
