When using evasive arcana in water attunement, how long is the cooldown?

i mean if i dodge twice in a row, will cleansing wave apply twice as well?

It says: can be triggered every 10 seconds.

^ It only procs if you’re in combat.

Each spell that it can do is on it’s own cooldown. So you can dodge in water and have Cleansing Wave, then dodge in fire right after to have Fire Burst.

Also, even if the spell is on CD, it will still do a blast finisher. So you can throw down a rain and dodge twice in it as water and you’ll get two blasts.
