remove shouting voice.
Add as arcana elite to core.
You can remove or not remove 1 utility if this will be needed. Its really optional and no needed imo.

Add new shout to elite spec:
Updraft!
makes enemies in 600 range float, 60s cd. To be on line with shout of necro/dragonhunter.

I talked about this very very long ago. IMO “Chaotic Release” from Herald’s Glint elite should be our elite, but alas we got this…

I think Rebound needs to give stability for starters ; the heal ought to scale a bit more.

2-3K heal isn’t going to save anyone.

We’re talking about ele elite, we wont ever have anything game changing.

I was always thinking of how Karl thought about this elite while making the tempest elite spec.
“Ok, We have an elite spec called Tempest! Creating raging thunderstorms and devastating whirlwinds! And for its biggest elite skill we will give him… an arcane shout that will give an aura on a 75 sec CD..”

They must have laughed reallly hard during the making of this piece of kitten

if you want to make it actually good without changing function, so an easy way.
Make it 45sec CD and instant cast and its done and indeed useful. Now its only useful because the other elite are also poor due to the cooldowns.

Wut? It’s not like almost any class can give you 2-3k only with autoattack.

It’s funny when you get healed by rebound and right after that you get 5k autoattack, but to be fair, you did survived 1s longer…

As it is, it should be instant, give an aura at the beginning and at the end. And maybe reduce CD to 60s. I’d like it to be on 45 seconds, but that would be the same as aftershock.
