I used to play a lot of staff ele before I had quit (before HoT release). What is the go to build for pve/pvp things for ele’s today? Links to guides/builds were be appreciated. I hanev’t fully added points to tempest yet as well if that makes a difference (In the works as I get back into things). Thanks

Read meta builds.
Modify them as you need for fun.
Spvp offers a preset build at a click in the drop down menu.
