Q:
Runes for endgame
A:
For an overall good rune, Rune of Divinity is great, but it’s expensive.
If you want to stack boons, 2 Runes of Water, 2 Runes of the Monk (AC Dungeon), 2 Major Runes of Sanctuary. This is good if you plan on comboing Might (S/D build), instead of granting 15 stacks of Might for 20 seconds, they’ll be at 30 secs or more…
Another good damage rune is Rune of Strength. If you have Grandmaster in Fire, you’ll always have the Might boon so it’s a permanent damage increase (stacking with all your other plus damage buffs).
Another one is Rune of the Pack. Grants damage as main attribute, and a 4~5% extra Crit Chance. If you need more Crit Chance, this is good for you (don’t go over 50% Crit Chance in my opinion, if you can, exchange this for Crit Damage).
Avoid Rune of the Scholar. It’s expensive, seems like a good idea (casting from afar with extra 10% damage always) but you’ll RARELY be fighting with over 90% health, trust me. The same goes for the Water Adept Trait.
Or Ruby Orbs if you want just damage, but in my opinion they’re weaker in stats than Runes so you’ll be missing some other good stats just to have a small increase in damage.
Don’t know what the blue means but it’s like that for every class (Rune of Guardian is blue for my Guardian etc).
I personally use high end Rubies instead of Runes for more Power/Precision/Crit%.
The best Rune: Divinity. Hands down, unless you really want that triple Boon duration bonus.
As for the blue text it’s probably because the Elementalist Rune set is the default one in sPvP and the UI bugs out. You are not getting the bonus even though the game says you already have 6/6. I had 11/6 for a while when I was running Dolyak.

if you want nothing but damage, go with ruby orbs. Otherwise, yep, divinity.
My armor’s decked out with Runes of the Golemancer. The golem is comparable to an elite elemental. So it’s quite nice.
is superiror rune of the groove good?
or better 3 superior rune fo the monk and 3 superior rune of water?
I just got a couple Superior Runes of the Water, but what they do for you depends on build. Most likely, 15% boon duration takes you to 145% of base vs. 130% of base. So whatever boons you’re getting before, add 10% to them and a little more, and that’s what you can expect.
In Scepter builds you’re likely to have a lot of Might and Vigor. In builds were you change attunements a lot you’re likely to have a bunch of shorter-term boons. If you use Glyph of Elemental Healing you get considerable boons (probably Regeneration) from that. If you trait Auras, of course, you’re all about boons.
Those are the cases when the runes might shine.
It’s possible that with my Staff in zergs the runes are sub-optimal.
I must be the only ele who runs crest of the soldier.
20 power/14vit/14 toughness * 6 is good guys :<

You’re not the only one at all. I used Crest of the Soldier until I upgraded to full Divinity as well.
