With the basic Monk/Water you lose 20 Healpower and 15% boonduration, but you gain some nice stuff and more speed on S/D build when out of combat (there you will have perma swiftness due to Fresh Air) and huge speedbuff for defensive builds like 0.0.20.20.30 and 0.0.10.30.30
Trying them for scepter and the defensive builds tonight. Might be good.
