Can the elementalist be immune to dmg, and/or CCs while casting Ride the Lightning?

In PvP everyone has access to CC and it is basically imposible to land this attack witch also triggers the longer cool down by not landing the attack.

So yeah, my suggestion is to either make the elementalist immune to dmg and/or CCs and/or remove the cool down penalty.

Ride the lightning is a product of a very old meta. There is no reason it should continue to have such a long cooldown when missing.

Don’t expect anet to fix it though. Most suggestions get ignored even when they are good ones.
