SOAC Held what could only be called the first real shoutcasted tournament and it went amazingly well. Check out this post Game Thread for how it went! WE had a great time with an incredible setup. This Saturday will be for those who want to go again or if you didn’t get to go and want to go.

You have a custom arena too? haha So do I :P. This is awesome we can run two professions at once then, and get shoutcasting going for each if we can get all the kinks worked out.

Let’s get some more ele signups and feedback. I think it would be best for everyone if I don’t play an ele :P.

Fantastic, we typically use the sittingonacouch.com Mumble, but if we have more than 40 people show up it’s probably best to have another option ;p.

We need one more at least for Thursday, and it’s always good to have backups!

Hey bas i just found out that i work on thursday during the time of the match. I will have someone managing the server so i will talk to them to help you out if you need another CA to do the SAOC event.

Secondly we are going to be grabbing some of the top tournament guys to lend their name to the teams and coach (not play) the players, to talk strategy, specs, and general coaching.

A new post is coming soon that will state more as to why!

Oh good, cause I watched the video of the last one, and there were some very basic mistakes being made about builds/game play that I was going to bring up. Having one of the big name elementalist players (Zoose, Phantaram and so on) would definitely help. That will definitely bring the game play up a notch as well as give a bigger spotlight to the tournament.

I am based in EU but I have both NA and EU account.

I cant steam but will most likely record.

I can do saturday only.

It’s 10 AM GMT-8 so whatever that is for your version. We don’t currently have an EU sign up going on. This is NA only for now, we are working next month towards having an EU one.

The coaches for the EU teams are being recruited ;p.

I’m more interested in watching than participating, at least for now.

We are not sure, the coach is contacting the players on the list to make sure they are coming.
