I see a lot of posts asking for Greatsword, and I get it from an aesthetic perspective (it does look awesome) … but from a class perspective I don’t see it as a benefit. If they went with Greatsword I believe they would just expand the Fiery Greatsword elite skill into the other 3 attunements which means it would be yet another melee/close range weapon.

Personally, I believe what the class needs is more ranged options that arn’t Ground Target AoEs … and I feel that Shortbow would fit that need rather well. If they expanded FrostBow into the other 3 attunements and rebalanced it for 1200 range (rather than the lame 900 it is now) it would give us the ability to reach out and touch classes like Ranger without the need to put our low hitpoint/armor selves deep inside their range to be productive.

Then replace Conjure Frostbow with Conjure Frostblade (Sword) to again grant access to a weapon type we don’t currently have access too.

I’d rather have a longbow with 1500 range.
