so, all class who has shouts have way to reduce the CD on then, why Ele dont?

look on the list of the wiki, everyone who’s using shout got a trait to reduce the CD on them but Ele

Don’t ask for it. Knowing Karl, he would increase shouts cd by 33%, then add trait to reduce the cd by 20%.

yha, i guess they are kitten’s like that…..

but keep in mind, they have added 5sec to all shouts as it is, and i really think its unfair that even a reaper, gets shout for his elite spec, and can have CD, yet ele cant

Yes please. Tempestuous Aria is just begging to have this added to it.

They already increased CD to Flash Freeze and Feel tje Burn because it was too good for Dupport builds.. I guess Tempest DPS aura based builds doesn’t really matter to them.
