Sigil of Force D&D Elemental
It increases the damage of all skills no matter which hand it is placed in.
It does not work with condition damage
Use Sigil of Battle (3 stacks of might on weapon swap) in your other hand, swapping attunements counts.

I’ll have to agree with Berengar. Force+Battle is a very strong combination for d/d ele.
