Is this sigil working on attunement shifts?

I have seen some early game reports reporting it not working, but cant really find any newer information.

It works now! Remember it has a 9 second cooldown.

Also, The full damage of 975 is still applied even if the heal is not applied (because your hp is full).

Don’t forget that if you have a sigil with a cooldown in the other hand, they will share the cooldowns. In other words, one can’t proc while the other is on cooldown.

Never knew about the 9 secs cooldown, when usingitonmywarriorwith 5 secs weaponswap i remember it popping every time, they must have changed it since i stopped playing my warrior
