Is it really that much weaker since the patch? I.e. not activating on EA and several other things.

Signet of Restoration should still be a good choice, especially more so when combined with fresh air.

And it is still bugged sadly..

I dont get it..Why did they nerf its healing by 20% if they were planning to remove those heals.Its like ..lets nerf it cause its too strong and then lets fix the bug that made it too strong

I notice no difference… wut u talkin’ bout foo!

It looks like it isnt activating on EA does work on attunement swaps like normal I think activates on healing ripple also.
