According to this " http://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Signet_of_Restoration " 10% of Healing Power is gained as bonus healing for the passive effect healing.
I’m still low level on this char ( lvl 31 ) but i do want to know before making any end -game builds.
Has anyone tested this already or wanna test it and can confirm it does work ?
