Could not find this on other threads but I noticed the toughness granted from signet of earth has no effect on the condition damage (10% of toughness) granted from strength of stone. Is this a bug or intended?

It’s just how it works to prevent a stat loop.

Quasi-elitist dungeoneer and missing Gw1 GvGs greatly.
