Signet rework ideal
Chill is actually pretty useful (so is the blind).
I never really saw a need fore the fire signet, personally. But others might like it.
I could use a bit of AoE in the effects of the Water, Air and/or Fire signets, and I don’t use spells as often to take enough advantage of Restoration so I would like it to have the healing linked at least partially to something else, like moving around, dodging or having an aura on. Other than that they are fine to me.
