Helloo fellow elementalists

I’ve decided to make specific fractal guide videos for elementalist.
I want to do this because I feel there are so many little things an ele can do in fractals and to optimise you need to change builds and weapons frequently.

Can you tell me how can i kill the upper part of the elemental with elementalist?
I know how with mesmer but i heard even ele can.
Need the specific skill..i just heard Icebow is involved but i had no success.

P.S. also i would suggest (in a guide) to not dps it until you cleared the top part…
Even if for most profession (even mesmers) is a minor nuisance, The added lightnings can kill an ele in 2 shots.

It’s explained in the video, although maybe its not very clear.

I use Ice Spike (#2 in staff water) three times under the Elemental Source to break the icicle on the top, which is the thing summoning the ‘swirling winds’.
