Kinda wondering the same, just hit 80, got a ton of karma and no idea what i should do for the gear.
What kind of gear do you want?Check the dungeon vendors to see what stat combo suits you then run that dungeon,or check the temple karma vendors for the gear you want.Or you can just buy it off the trading post or craft it yourself (prices are about the same for both)
Found a nice site to check everything, not only for ele’s maybe it is of some use for you too:
Eles will probably want some power/vit/toughness gear, AC explorable has it for tokens and it’s an easy dungeon. That’s a safe bet to start.
