How about Glyph of Lesser Elemental? You can either use the Air Elemental for some added ranged attacks, or the Ice Elemental’s ice field to toss around chilling bolts. They’ll be active even when you’re in Tornado form and would fit your build.

You are going to make a build based off of a 150 second cooldown elite? In that case go staff. Go full berserker. Use meteor shower followed by a tornado into the meteor shower and you will get super hard hits. You can also throw a chill field from water and go into tornado. This works really well in wvw zergs and probably pve. Prob not as much success in pvp. I would also consider getting rid of the glyph utilities for cantrips. happy gaming.

If you’re gonna combine the build with staff then you’ll get more use out of glyphs than cantrips.

if you wanna use tornado, use it in a lightning field, ether field, or light field. and also, if u can, use meteor shower+glyph of storms(firestorm) then tornado the area
